Our aim is to make your shopping experience as easy and productive as possible. We have put together this short tutorial for our on-line shopping system to answer some questions you may have. Shipping and Payment Options
The next step in the ordering process is to choose your shipping and payment options:
To choose your shipping option, click the down arrow (circled in red in the below example) next to the box that is labeled Ship Via. You will see a drop-down list similar to the one below:
Your shipping options should be listed with the least expensive choice (usually Parcel Post) on top and the most expensive (usually Overnight Express Mail) on the bottom. Please note that Parcel Post packages can take up to 2 weeks for the Post Office to deliver them, sometimes even longer during holiday rush seasons. Please do not select Parcel Post if you need your item delivered quickly.
Now select your credit card from the Pay With drop-down list in the same manner:
Please note that this box is only applicable if you are a subscriber to our e-mail newsletter, and have received a money-saving coupon code. If not, please leave it blank.
Type in the Coupon Code you received in the box labeled Coupon Code as illustrated below:
When you reach the next screen you will see your discount reflected as illustrated below:
Once you enter the information above, click on the Continue button in the lower right of your screen to enter your Credit Card Information.
Credit Card InformationThe final step is to enter your credit card information on the screen illustrated below:
Make sure that all the information on the page is correct, then click on the Continue button in the lower right of your screen to finalize your order. Please click the button only once, and be patient as your information is verified. You will be directed to an invoice screen that you can print for your records. You will also receive a confirmation email.
